Primary Antibody Diluent

Primary Antibody Diluent (Phosphate Buffered pH7.4) is formulated for the dilution of all primary antibodies and for use as a negative control for immunohistochemistry. The diluent contains preservative to prevent microbial growth and carrier protein to minimize proteolytic enzyme degradation, a wetting agent to reduce surface tension and minimize loss of the diluted antibody due to adsorption to the sides of dispensers and containers. Diluent is subjected to 0.2 micron filtration.
