Ultra-Sensitive FLT3 mutation detection kit

Ultra-Sensitive FLT3 mutation detection kit is a PCR-based test to enrich somatic mutations of FLT3 gene in DNA. With direct sanger sequencing, this kit is able to detect 1% somatic mutation from DNA derived from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPET), fine needle biopsy or pleural effusion specimens.
