Mitochondrial Marker [113-1]

Monoclonal antibody 113-1 recognizes a 60 kD antigen of human mitochondria. This marker may be useful in identification of mitochondria in cells, tissues, and biochemical preparations. It produces a “spaghetti-like” staining pattern in the cytoplasm of human cells and may be used as a marker of biliary cirrhosis
